Stock-size pouches turn around in 1-2 weeks depending on options. Standard custom orders typically take 3-4 weeks. Rush timelines of 1-2 weeks are available, though size and material constraints may apply.
A stock size uses one of our existing dielines in a common pouch size and material structure, with your artwork fully customized, and is the fastest route to finished pouches. A custom pouch is engineered by our flexpack team around your product, with its own shape, size and barrier material structure.
We offer digital and offset printing; gloss, matte and soft-touch finishes; holographic and raised UV effects; and silver metallized, holographic metallized and clear barrier films.
Yes. Pouches can be made with a standard zipper, a child-resistant (CR) zipper, or no closure.
We keep minimums low, and digital printing makes short runs and multiple versions (SKUs) practical. Send us your quantity and number of versions through the quote form and we will price it for you.
